A consultative meeting of the Vice Chancellor, FATA University and his team including Dr. Bilal Jan, Mr. Naveed Tariq and Mr. Anwar Sadat with Prof. Dr. Ying-yan Zhu and his team of Sichuan University of Science & Engineering, China was held in the Committee Room of the NCE in geology, University of Peshawar on February 12, 2018. The following points were thoroughly discussed.

1. Faculty Exchange program.
2. Student Exchange program.
3. Student scholarships based on academic excellence.
4. Joint Research & Development  (R&D) activities between FATA University and SUSE University.
5. Future prospects for collaboration in terms of quality education, research and student mobility programs.

Both the parties agreed to initiate collaboration between both the universities and in this regard a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed once the NoC from the Foreign Office is received and the other formalities are completed. The Vice Chancellor thanked Dr. Zhu and his team for considering the FATA University for future collaboration.
