One Day Seminar on “Promoting Teachings of Islam, Peace, Harmony and Tolerance”

FATA University has a organized one day Seminar on Promoting Teachings of Islam, Peace, Harmony and Tolerance at the Main Hall of the University on 22nd November, 2021. The seminar was conducted as a part of the Revised National Action Plan, 2021 outlined by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MOIB), Pakistan. The event was formally started with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. Dr. Mulana Rooh Ullah Madni, Ex- Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and incumbent chief Khatib of Federal Secretariat was the Guest Speaker of the occasion. The Honorable vice Chancellor of FATA University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan, all the faculty, students and distinguished also attended the seminar. The guest speaker, Dr. Mulana Rooh Ullah Madni shed light on peace, harmony and tolerance in light of Islamic teachings by referring to the Holy Quran and Hadiths. His vast experience and extensive knowledge enlightened the audience with new insights of Islam in relation to peace, harmony and tolerance. The Honorable Vice Chancellor, FATA University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jahanzeb Khan also expressed his views and highlighted the role of Islam in peace of mind, spirituality and tolerance in society. The Seminar was ended with a vote of thanks by the worthy Vice Chancellor, FATA University.
