Tender Notice

Single Stage One Envelope Procedure

FATA University intends to invite sealed tenders from sales tax and Income tax registered Firms/ Suppliers /Contractors for the following furniture items under the approved PSDP funded project “Establishment of FATA University”.

The Tender Document Fee of Rs. 2000/ (non-refundable) shall be submitted in the form of Bank Draft in the name of Vice Chancellor, FATA University or deposit it in the NBP Aitemaad AC No.3310729039 (Branch Code 2028) under title “Establishment of FATA University”.

The Tenders/Bids must be sent through courier and must reach the Office of the Treasurer, FATA University, Tribal Subdivision Darra Adam Khel, Kohat till October 18, 2022, at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders / representatives at the Committee Room of FATA University.

A Call deposit at the rate of 2% of the bid cost/amount needs to be attached with the Tender/Bid.

The firm should also be registered with valid Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA).

The mentioned quantity can be increased/decreased as per requirement.

All government taxes shall be deducted from the successful bidder.
