The Closing Ceremony of the FATA English Works! Program-2019 was held at Pearl Continental Hotel, Peshawar on November 27, 2019. Mr. Shehram Khan Tarqai, Senior Minister Local Government, Rural Development and Elections was the Chief Guest at the occasion. The VCs of the universities, government official, faculty and staff of the University were also present at the occasion. About 200 students of the FATA University and OSED English Works! Program, who completed the course work, were given certificates and awards at the occasion. The students presented short plays which were appreciated by the audience. The Chief Guest speaking at the occasion reiterated the efforts of the PTI Government to spread higher education among the youth of the province, especially the newly merged tribal districts at their door steps. The Vice Chancellor in his remarks appreciated the efforts of Mr. Adeel Rahim, Program Coordinator, and the team of the English Works! Program for completing the course work in an excellent manner. He also congratulated the students for completing the English Works! Program with excellent performance.
