A seminar under HEC Thematic Grant Project titled “Poverty Alleviation Through Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Development in FATA: A Way Forward” was held on June 18, 2019 in the main Hall of FATA University. Ms. Nabeela Khan Afridi, Project Manager at Women Business Development Center, SMEDA and Mr. Mohsin Jameel Khan, Assistant Manager Business Development SMEDA were the guest speakers. They shared the importance of entrepreneurship with the participants and also discussed how the youth of erstwhile FATA being entrepreneur can play their role in Poverty Alleviation in this region. The Dean Prof. Dr. Ghulam Mustafa and Dr. Alamzeb Aamir also discussed the future economics challenges for youth and how entrepreneurs can cope with these challenges.
