The students of FATA University participated in a Youth Capacity Building workshop titled “ULASI TAROON” organized by Center for Research and Security Studies (CRSS) at the Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST), Kohat from December 19-20, 2018. Among these students there were Junaid Ahmed, Mohib Ullah and Sohail Khan from Department of Management Sciences, Muhammad Haris from Department of Political Science and Izhar Ullah from Department of English. Mr. Muhammad Saeed Khalil, Lecturer, Department of Political Science, FATA University was the focal person. The themes of the workshop included Respect for Fundamental Human Rights, Core Constitutional Values, Ideals of Social Cohesion, Equality, Diversity and Tolerance, Democracy, Governance and Accountability, Motivation and Leadership. Master Trainer Ms. Shagufta Khalique and Mr. Shams Mohmand, Project Managers CRSS conducted trainings on the above mentioned themes. District Police Officer (DPO) Kohat was the guest speakers on the occasion. Dr. Hidayat Ullah Khan, Economic Department (KUST) distributed certificates among the students at the closing ceremony.
